Overview of Autologous Lipocyte Micronized Injection, Miami
ALMI, or Autologous
Lipocyte Micronized Injection, Miami is an all-natural, minimally invasive treatment that uses your
own cells and tissues, rather than synthetic fillers, to restore a more
youthful appearance, improving volume, texture and tone.
But it takes the
rejuvenation process to a more natural place, by using your own body’s
regenerative cells and fat tissues, offering complete, purely natural
rebuilding of lost collagen and volume with no surgery, and even fewer side
effects.
ALMI stands for autologous lipocyte micronized injection, Maimi. This is a revolutionary rejuvenating procedure
that uses patient’s own tissue to restore volume, texture and skin tone with
natural looking results.
Patients report
seeing effects immediately after the ALMI
procedure, and as your body
adjusts to the boost of its own rebuilding cells, results are even stronger
after several weeks. We are specially trained in techniques to maximize optimal
results for each patient thoroughly and safely.
The procedure is done
at the office where small liposuction is done under local anesthesia. 20 to 60
cc of of fat are extracted along with PRP plasma. The fat is then minimally
processed and separated in the centrifuge. The end product is then emulsified
and this will make the fat really thin to inject similar to HA filler.
After the procedure is
done the patient might experience minimal swelling that might last two to three
days. We recommend the use of intermittent ice and arnica. The procedure is
painless as well, since injections are done using blunt small cannulas.
There is minimal to
no downtime with this all-natural, outpatient procedure, and the ALMI process(Video) takes less than 45 minutes. Most patients are able to return to
normal activities immediately after treatment, and our staff will share any
additional needed information based on your individual procedure during your
consultation.
This is a one time
procedure where multiple areas can be done and will potentially last up to 5
years; the cost of the procedure starts at $2500.
If you have been struggling with lost hair and
